While we strictly adhere to AAFCO nutrient profiles to ensure safety and balance, we believe the current guidelines are insufficient for optimal canine health because they ignore nutrient source and bioavailability. AAFCO standards treat plant-based protein identical to meat-based protein, allowing manufacturers to replace expensive meat with cheap fillers like peas and legumes.

History has shown that diets formulated this way, while "compliant" on paper, can have devastating long-term effects on heart and digestive health. Dogs require animal-based amino acids and fats for proper function. Unlike omnivores, a dog's digestive system is designed for meat; relying on synthetic nutrients and heavy plant loads to mimic meat's nutrition places an undue burden on their organs. We believe in feeding the dog the diet nature intended, not a lab-created approximation.

All dogs have different levels of activity and metabolism. This is a general guide applicable to Grand Future American Bulldogs who typically weigh 105-130 lbs at maturity. Please contact us for individual guidance.

Just put Grand Future Dog Food into the bowl right from the bag; no need to rehydrate, but you can add water if you wish - some dogs prefer that while others don't. Our air-dried beef food does not expand in the stomach like kibble.

Your dog's stool will be smaller and darker in color compared to kibble-feeding.
