I used to Collect Products from Various Sources to supply, Negligible difference may take place to some extent in the Process of collection / get Product Manufactured.

In case of Double side, during Manufacturing process, some points / mild Scratch / Dots may be found at other side, as it happens in the process of firing to product in Furnace (unavoidable). Some colour/shades difference may take place.

Please consider that due to the complex Collection / manufacturing process, it can take up to 20 days. Usually, we ship all items within 20 days (as early as possible) including Manufacturing / Collection time, from the day of receiving cleared payment except Sunday & Holiday in India. In case of any delay, you will be duly informed and will update you with the expected date of dispatch. Shipping Charges may be Escalated toward final Destination and difference shall be paid by Buyer, if any.

Note - Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. This is expected time of delivery and sometimes it may take longer period of time because of your Countries Custom Clearance.

Import duties, Taxes and Charges are Not Included in the sale price. These charges are the Buyer's responsibility.

-      R e t u r n     P o l i c y ?

We accept returns within 7 days. Refund or Exchange will be made only after we receive the faulty item. If the item(s) are mishandled, physically damaged or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition refund/exchange will be cancelled. Please note that all faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days from the date of receipt. Returns Will Be Accepted Within 3 Day After Delivery Of The Product and Buyer has to pay Shipping Charges in case of Any Return.

Buyer shall Accept the product in good and sound condition from Shipper and provide the signature to shipper staff, If Buyer received the product/ POD without signature, if it is tampered/Torn/Damaged with any side, seller is not responsible for any damaged.
